Social Membership at Guards Polo Club is all about enjoying polo in a relaxed and inspiring setting surrounded by family, friends and like-minded people.

As well as welcoming back established members, Guards Polo Club is equally delighted to open its doors to those who are yet to discover exactly what this exhilarating and skilful sport has to offer.

Social membership includes a member's annual pass plus three guest badges and car passes. Members will also receive coveted invitations to exclusive members' only events throughout the season.

Playing Membership

Playing Membership of Guards Polo Club allows you the opportunity to play on some of the finest polo fields anywhere in the world.

Thanks to excellent grounds maintenance Guards Polo Club offers polo when other clubs cannot. With an array of Club-only tournaments, plus reduced entry fees to some of the most important polo tournaments in the world, a player's badge is truly coveted.

All prospective players must be recommended by a current playing member and be interviewed by the Director of Polo and Chairman.

Home Elected Player(Full playing member entitled to play all domestic tournaments, Club matches and chukkas, plus opportunity to be part of a Guards Home team for the purposes of open tournaments and to benefit from associated discounts for the entry fees) £8,270
Overseas Home Elected Player (Entitled to same benefits as HEP members if the joining fee has been paid in full along with associated subscription of 50% of the HEP subscription in the respective year. The limitation of this category is that the overseas player does not play more than one calendar month at the Club in one stretch and not collectively. There is no limitation on the level of polo played and the player can benefit from reduced entry fees for Guards teams in open tournaments if played within the one-month restriction) £5,670

The Royal Box

Probably one of the most exclusive corporate hospitality addresses in the country. The Royal Box at Guards Polo Club, which was officially reopened by HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, in 2015, is beautifully designed and elegantly furnished and can seat up to 30 people. This iconic location overlooks our number one ground, The Queen's Ground, and is used regularly by leading members of the Royal Family. The Duke's Pavilion

The Duke's Pavilion is a surprisingly intimate venue, set in a more private location at Smith's Lawn, including its own terrace overlooking The Duke's Ground. Offering the opportunity to either dine within the simple, yet elegant Pavilion, or entertain your guests with an alfresco dining experience on the terrace, alongside the field of play. Adding to the exclusivity of your event, this venue is only available for private hire by members of Guards Polo Club. The Clubhouse

One of the most famous polo locations in the world, Guards Polo Club's iconic Clubhouse Restaurant overlooks the impressive Queen's Ground in the heart of Windsor Great Park. Our events and hospitality team regularly create standout events that perfectly complement the world-class sport on offer. Members have access throughout the season, while Non-Members can book a table at our key events each summer.
